About The Villa

The villa has been recently built to an extremely high standard with antique marbled floors, featuring limestone walls internally. It has been tastefully furnished with products from local craftsmen and decorated to a high standard with air conditioning to provide comfort throughout the villa.

The spacious open plan lounge has ample seating and French doors which open out onto the large terrace and private swimming pool. The dining area seats eight and the kitchen is well equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric cooker, gas hob, washing machine and comes with plenty of ancillary kitchen items.

The two main first floor double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms (one of the bedrooms has two single beds and one has a king size bed). Both bedrooms have access to a large balcony with views overlooking Kalkan bay and the pool terrace - the ideal place to enjoy a pre-dinner tipple! Villa Saray also enjoys a spacious roof top terrace providing even more spectacular views over the Kalkan bay.

The ground floor bedroom (with king size bed) and shower room has direct access to the pool and sun terrace. The lounge has two sofa beds to accommodate two further adult guests (or four children).

The private fresh water swimming pool is serviced daily. The terrace is spacious and well equipped with bbq, sun loungers, parasols and tabling to seat eight for meals to be enjoyed outside. A daily maid service is provided and the towels and bed linen are changed twice weekly. The gardens are watered daily.
